The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) MIMAROPA, through its Project Development and Management Unit (PDMU), inspected and documented projects across various municipalities in the provinces of Occidental Mindoro on September 1-5, 2025
The inspection and documentation were led by the regional and provincial engineers, as well as the project evaluation officers.
The projects inspected were as follows:
– Electrification at IP Communities in Brgy. Pinagturilan, Santa Cruz (COMPLETED)
– Construction of a School Building Phase I in Brgy. Ligaya, Sablayan (ON-GOING)
– Concreting of Farm-to-Market Road in Barangay Alipaoy, Paluan (FOR PROCUREMENT)
These projects were designed not only to address challenges but also to ensure that the beneficiaries in Occidental Mindoro have improved access to essential services and resources.
