Hats off to the 2025 Local Legislative Awards (LLA) Regional Winners!
The Local Legislative Award (LLA), a partnership between the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), celebrates outstanding city and municipal Sanggunians that embody excellence, innovation, and accountability in local legislation.
Through responsive ordinances and people-centered policies, these legislative bodies continue to strengthen governance, champion transparency, and uplift the welfare of their constituents. The awarding was held on October 27, 2025, at Hotel Lucky Chinatown, Binondo, Manila, during the GALING! MIMAROPA: Husay ng Kapuluan, Huwaran ng Kaunlaran Recognition Ceremony.
