The Child Friendly Local Governance Audit (CFLGA) is one of the key strategies for achieving a “Child-Friendly Philippines: A Caring and Protective Society, for, by, and with the Children.” It ensures that local governments have responsive structures and systems, backed by effective knowledge management, to make children’s welfare a top priority.
