The Field Officers Performance Scorecard or shortly called FOPSC serves as a performance tool and feedback mechanism for our field officers in assessing the areas that impact on their performance. High performing field officers are awarded the Matino, Mahusay, and Maaasahang Award as defined in the MIMAROPA Program on Award and Recognition and Incentives for Service Excellence Policy.

This year’s recognition of the best performing field officers gets tougher. For the year 2020, the PRAISE Committee upgraded the rating scale of the performance scorecard. From 75% – 84.99% last year, this year’s Bronze awardees should reach the 80%-86.99% total points. For Silver category which has a rating of 85% – 94.99% last year, it was upgraded to 87% – 95.99% this year. And finally for Gold Category, the scale rating was upgraded from 95% – 100% to 96% to 100%.

In his closing message, ARD Rey Maranan articulates his greetings not only to the awardees but to all the men and women of the region that despite the setbacks and challenges, the region’s personnel were able to show their unwavering service.

“We rejoice that our actions really made a difference in the lives of our communities and the LGUs. May we continue to be ‘Matino, Mahusay, at Maaasahang’ ambassadors ng Kagawaran”, he said. ##
