Coinciding President Duterte’s visit in MIMAROPA Region on November 4, 2021, DILG Undersecretary for Local Government Marlo Iringan led the ceremonial turnover of the Notice to Debit Account Issued (NADAI) to the eight beneficiaries of the Support to Barangay Development Program (SBDP) in the Province of Palawan.

A total amount of ₱160M  was released thru the Provincial Government to fund the implementation of the 35 priority programs and projects of Barangay Samariniana, Salogon, Saraza, and Amas (Brooke’s Point); Barangay Abaraon, Dumarao, and Magara (Roxas); and Barangay Kemdeng of the Municipality of San Vicente.

SBDP-recipient barangays represented by their Punong Barangays receive the  Notice to Debit Account Issued (NADAI).

Among the priority projects of the eight barangays include construction of potable water supply, multi-purpose drying pavements, school buildings, health care centers, farm to market roads, access roads, water systems, renovation of barangay hall, rural electrifications, birthing clinics, and classrooms. Cash for work program is also among the projects of one of the barangays in the province.

The latest NADAI completed the fund release for the 25 SBDP beneficiary barangays in the region.

As of November 2021, 68 SBDP projects in the region are already pipelined, 37 are ongoing, and four are already completed.
