National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC) Commissioner LtGen. Ricardo Rainier Cruz, III paid a courtesy visit to Regional Director Karl Caesar Rimando, CESO III on Tuesday, February 13.
The two officials discussed the implementation of various programs and services of NCSC, particularly in advancing the health and well-being of the elderly through coordination, linkages, and collaborations with DILG.
