46 former rebels were turned over to Oriental Mindoro Governor Humerlito Dolor
 

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Oriental Mindoro witnessed the turnover of former rebels in the province held at Tamaraw Hall, Provincial Capitol Complex, Calapan City on Tuesday, January 17.

Forty-six (46) former rebels were turned over to Oriental Mindoro Governor Humerlito Dolor, by the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) 4B, headed by Regional Director Ariel T. Perlado.

The turnover was witnessed by DILG OrMin Provincial Director Maria Victoria Del Rosario, DILG Cluster Team Leader Ariel R. Reginio and LGOO V Marixie Kamille F. Prudencio, 203rd Infantry Brigadier General Jose Augusto Villareal, PNP MIMAROPA Police Brigadier General Sidney Hernia, Oriental Mindoro Provincial Police Colonel Samuel Delorino and Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer Zarah Magboo.

To help the former rebels be reintegrated in the community, representatives from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) presented their respective programs.
